1) GTS Team Non-Disclosure Agreement
At GTS Innovative we understand you are concerned about the confidentiality of your idea, and so are we. For this reason all of our team members are required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). This legally binding document protects you as the inventor, and assures that all who work with GTS are held to a standard of confidentiality.
2) Client Confidentiality Agreement
In order for us to review your idea, we provide you with a Confidentiality Agreement. The Confidentiality Agreement adds another level of security to your idea, and states that GTS Innovative and/or affiliates will not take, utilize, or reproduce the client’s confidential intellectual property or technology without a signed license agreement, verified sale of said property, or other written permission.
